Loudoun County’s comprehensive plan and transportation studies demonstrate the importance of Data Center development as a driver of new transportation infrastructure. Priority Commercial Redevelopment Area maps also highlight a clear correlation between the Data Center techo-economy and an increase in land use development in surrounding areas.
